Competition Terms & Conditions

This prize draw (the "Competition") is promoted and administered by Own Your Space Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Assembly Rooms, 44-46 Lower Bridgeman Street, Bolton, BL2 1DG. Company registration number: 09727160 ("OYS", "we", "us", "our").

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. By entering, all participants acknowledge and agree that LinkedIn bears no responsibility whatsoever in connection with this Competition.

Any queries relating to this Competition must be directed to Own Your Space Ltd at dreambig@ownyourspace.co.uk and not to LinkedIn.

The prize is £250,000 worth of PR services ("the Prize"), as provided by the Promoter, comprising:

• Media relations
• Press release writing and distribution
• Media placement and coverage
• Expert commentary quotes

The Prize must be taken in full as offered. No cash alternative will be offered.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold or auctioned.

The Prize is valued at £250,000 based on the Promoter's standard published rates as at 11/06/26.

The Prize will be delivered over a period of 12 months commencing within 30 days of the winner being confirmed.

The PR services will be delivered subject to a separate Service Agreement to be agreed between the Promoter and the winner prior to commencement. The winner agrees to engage in good faith with the Promoter in completing this agreement.

The Prize does not include:

• Any paid media or advertising spend
• Third-party costs unless expressly stated
• VAT (if applicable)

The Competition opens at 09:00 BST on Thursday 11 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Thursday 10 July 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

The Competition is open to individuals who:

• are aged 18 years or over at the date of entry;
• are resident in the United Kingdom;
• hold a senior decision-making role within a business, including but not limited to: Head of SEO, Head of Digital, Director of Digital, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Managing Director, or Business Owner; and
• represent a business with an annual turnover of at least £1,000,000 (or local currency equivalent) at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter:

• employees, directors, contractors, and agents of Own Your Space Ltd;
• immediate family members of those listed above (defined as spouse, civil partner, parent, child, or sibling); and
• existing clients of Own Your Space Ltd at the date of entry.

OYS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.

To enter the Competition, participants must complete and submit the LinkedIn Lead Generation Form attached to the Competition advertisement during the Competition Period. The form requires the following information:

• First and last name;
• Business name;
• Email address; and
• Phone number.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free of charge.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified and only the first valid entry retained.

Entries must be made directly by the eligible individual. Entries made by agents, third parties, automated means, or any other mechanism not authorised by OYS are invalid.

OYS accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted due to technical or other reasons. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid and eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will be conducted by Own Your Space Ltd within seven (7) working days of the Closing Date.

The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details provided at the time of entry within seven (7) working days of the draw taking place.

If the winner does not respond to notification within fourteen (14) calendar days of the first notification attempt, OYS reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner by random draw from the remaining valid entries.

OYS will make a maximum of three (3) re-draws in the event that selected winners do not respond or are found to be ineligible.

The decision of Own Your Space Ltd regarding the selection of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

To claim the Prize, the winner's business must be able to lawfully receive digital PR services from Own Your Space Ltd. OYS reserves the right to carry out standard client onboarding checks, including a conflict of interest assessment, prior to confirming the Prize.

The winner and OYS will enter into a standard twelve-month digital PR retainer agreement. The service will commence within thirty (30) calendar days of the winner being confirmed, accepting the Prize, and completing OYS's standard onboarding process.

If OYS identifies a material conflict of interest between the winner's business and an existing OYS client, OYS reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.

The Prize is subject to OYS's standard service terms and conditions, which will be provided to the winner as part of the retainer agreement.

By entering this Competition, participants agree that Own Your Space Ltd may collect and process their personal data (name, business name, email address, and phone number) for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying eligibility, contacting entrants regarding their entry, and notifying and delivering the Prize to the winner.

The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes set out above is the legitimate interests of OYS in administering this Competition.

Entry into this Competition does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Own Your Space Ltd. Participants who wish to receive marketing communications from OYS may separately opt in by ticking the marketing consent checkbox provided on the entry form. This consent is entirely voluntary and will not affect eligibility to enter or win.

Personal data will be retained for a period of twelve (12) months following the Closing Date, after which it will be securely deleted, unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications, in which case it will be retained in accordance with OYS's Privacy Policy until consent is withdrawn.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data, and the right to object to processing or to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise these rights, participants may contact OYS at dreambig@ownyourspace.co.uk.

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that Own Your Space Ltd can use their name and general business sector (but not detailed company information without separate written consent) for promotional purposes relating to this Competition, including announcement on OYS's website and social media channels.

OYS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants in connection with their participation in this Competition, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

OYS is not responsible for any technical failures, network outages, or other circumstances that prevent an entry from being received.

LinkedIn is not liable for this Competition or the Prize in any way whatsoever.

OYS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition (or any part of it) at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be published at https://www.ownyourspace.com/competition-terms-conditions/.

OYS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably suspects has acted fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between OYS and the entrant in relation to this Competition.

This Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entrants based outside of the United Kingdom acknowledge and agree that English law governs this Competition and that they submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the purposes of any Competition-related dispute.
